We are seeking a motivated person, comfortable working in a small three-person admin team to assist with the administration of the Practice and to provide PA support as required.Some Of The Key Duties & Responsibilities Would IncludeCorporate reception duties - act as the first point of the contact for the BDO Hobart officeProvide friendly, efficient and attentive service to clients and staffDocument preparation and processingManage incoming/outgoing mail and parcelsProcess debtor invoices and perform banking dutiesAssist with company renewal and corporate secretarial processesUpdate and maintain client databasesOrganise staff travel bookingsMaintain stationery and office suppliesProvide administration support to the business as requiredLiaise with key bodies (ATO/ABR/ASIC)Required Skills/Qualifications/ExperienceEssential experience and skills:Previous experience in a similar role highly regardedExcellent communication skillsOrganisational skills in planning and prioritising workProficient in use of the Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office suite eg Word, Excel and Power PointExcellent problem solving skills and use of initiativeAbility to carry out duties and responsibilities with minimal supervisionAbility to multitask and adopt a flexible and positive approach to workPersonal AttributesTact and diplomacy in interacting with peopleConfidentiality respectedProactive personalityHigh degree of integrityExceptional attention to detailWhy BDO?Working for BDO you will be part of a growing and market leading professional services firm.
