About The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to enhance our client\'s online retail performance and drive digital growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing e-commerce growth and monitoring brand website sales
Optimising online merchandising and ensuring website functionality
Building and executing an online promotional calendar
Implementing site upgrades and improvements
Creating and maintaining comprehensive e-business plans
Implementing cross-selling mechanisms and promotional strategies
Ensuring exceptional user experience across all website aspects
Managing website design, esthetics, content, and navigation
Monitoring and analysing key e-commerce KPIs
Collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices
Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders
About You
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management
Proven expertise with the Shopify Plus platform
A strong understanding of premium/luxury market dynamics
Advanced knowledge of e-commerce analytics and optimisation tools
Experience in conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent project management abilities
