As a registered NDIS service provider, we operate across Geraldton, the Midwest and Gascoyne regions, and Perth (Aveley, Ellenbrook, The Vines, Henley Brook, Belhus). Our team of friendly and qualified support workers and management strives to create a safe, supportive environment for all clients. Position Overview: Our client, Sheltering Arms WA Pty Ltd is seeking a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team.
In this role, you will provide nursing care across health, aged care, welfare, and community settings under the supervision of Registered Nurses. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families. Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, plan, and implement nursing care in line with accepted nursing practices and standards
* Provide interventions, treatments, and therapies, including administering medications and monitoring responses
* Assist Registered Nurses and the care team in coordinating and evaluating care provided
* Promote and participate in health education activities for illness prevention
* Provide care to newborn infants, including bathing, feeding, changing, and settling
* Advise and support parents in newborn care, offering emotional support as needed
Requirements:
* Current Enrolled Nurse registration in Australia
* Experience in disability, aged care, or community health settings preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional approach
