Join Our Team
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator with a background in Data Centres to deliver accurate, competitive estimates that align with project budgets and support successful planning and execution.
This role involves reviewing customer enquiries, analysing labour, materials, and equipment needs, and preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals.
You'll collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to validate pricing and ensure competitiveness.
Working closely with project managers, engineers, and planners, you'll stay informed on market trends and adjust estimates as project scopes evolve.
You'll identify risks early and include contingencies to manage them effectively.
Maintaining organised records and presenting clear cost reports is essential, as is ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
You'll also help refine precontract procedures and ensure smooth project handovers through thorough documentation.
About You
You have a strong electrical background, ideally within construction or engineering, and bring hands-on experience estimating in MV and HV fit-outs for data centre projects.
Your technical knowledge allows you to understand complex requirements and deliver accurate, budget-aligned estimates.
With a proven track record in cost analysis or estimating, particularly for data centres or similar infrastructure, you consistently produce reliable projections.
You're confident using estimating software to streamline workflows and enhance precision.
