Overview

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Dietetics Department at Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals in a permanent part-time role, contributing to the delivery of high-quality nutrition care across a diverse patient population.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of clinical areas while providing supervision and operational support to the Dietitian Assistant team. With Campbelltown Hospital currently undergoing a significant redevelopment, this is a chance to be part of a growing and progressive service with expanded clinical facilities and a strong focus on innovation, service improvement, and patient‐centred care.

The position encompasses administrative, clinical, education, and service development responsibilities: management of CBORD systems, coordination of meal services, staff supervision, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Are You the Right Fit?

The ideal candidate is a highly organised and motivated professional who thrives in a fast‐paced healthcare environment and demonstrates strong communication and problem‐solving skills. Proven ability to manage competing priorities, oversee administrative systems, and support the smooth operation of meal service delivery is essential.

Experience, or demonstrated capability, in supervising and supporting staff, including coordinating workloads and ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety standards, is highly valued.

A strong understanding of the complexities of patient nutrition, combined with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement, will support success in this role.

A collaborative approach, adaptability, and a commitment to contributing to education, training, and service development initiatives are key attributes for this position.
