The Opportunity
The Asset Care Specialist will execute the site Asset Care Strategy, aligned with industry best practices and World Class Manufacturing. The role involves delivering maintenance and equipment improvement requirements across the operational site.
With an improvement-focused mindset, you will continuously strive to deliver innovative maintenance solutions for reliable equipment performance and collaborate with internal and external teams to implement the Asset Care Strategy.
What you’ll be doing
* Providing insights into manufacturing processes, continuously seeking improvements in quality, safety, efficiency, and performance.
* Supporting the team to achieve site targets.
* Utilizing best practice engineering and technology to enhance equipment performance and manufacturing efficiency.
* Leading reliability problem-solving activities related to plant failures or performance issues, ensuring relevant outcomes are incorporated into maintenance plans.
* Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of documentation, software, data, systems, and SAP data entry.
Experience that you will bring:
To enable you to hit the ground running, we’re looking for someone outcome-focused with a positive, can-do attitude, and the following experience:
* Experience in reliability management
* Lean manufacturing industry experience
* Strong ability to analyze performance and maintenance metrics to recommend improvements within the maintenance system and approach
* Beverage, FMCG, or Food process industry experience in an Asset Management role is highly desirable
