About Us:
We are a vibrant Accommodation provider located in Tarcoola Beach, Geraldton. We pride ourselves on offering a welcoming and family-friendly environment for our guests. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated person to work 3 days per week on a casual basis to enhance the experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist guests warmly and efficiently
· Manage in-person and online bookings
· Monitor/reply to guest email enquiries
· Process payments
· Maintain a neat, tidy and welcoming reception area
· Provide guests with information about local attractions and restaurants/shopping options
Experience/Attributes:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience in hospitality, parks or accommodation desirable
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team
· Newbook experience is a positive
· Proactive and have an understanding of workplace health and safety
· Ability to report to and be guided by Managers/Supervisors
· Proactive, fun and want to be a part of the team
· Flexibility to work when required
