About the Role We're searching for a motivated and confident Electrician to join a busy commercial projects team delivering shop fit-outs, office refurbishments and high-volume electrical installations across Sydney. This role is perfect for someone who can take ownership, work independently, and run smaller jobs from plans through to completion. You'll be across retail spaces, office upgrades, lighting installs, wiring, switchboards, rough-ins, fit-offs and general commercial electrical work. You'll be supported by a team known for tight delivery, strong safety standards and long-standing relationships with major retail and construction clients. Tasks & Responsibilities * Deliver commercial and retail electrical installations from plans to completion * Read, interpret and execute electrical layouts, drawings and specifications * Install lighting, power, cabling, switches, systems and fit-off components * Work independently and manage your own workflow to meet project deadlines * Troubleshoot, test and commission electrical systems on-site * Liaise with supervisors, PMs and site teams to keep projects moving smoothly Skills & Experience * Fully qualified Electrician OR strong 4th-year apprentice close to completing * Experience in shop fit-outs, office fit-outs OR high-volume residential work * Ability to run a job independently from drawings and think on your feet * Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving capability * Current driver's licence essential Salary & Benefits * Upto $58 per hour company vehicle (depending on experience) * Long-term, stable pipeline of commercial work across Sydney * Autonomy - trusted to manage your own jobs and deliver from end to end * Supportive team with strong safety, structure and client relationships * Opportunity to grow with a business delivering major electrical fit-outs About the Company This commercial electrical business specialises in shop fit-outs, office refurbishments and commercial installations across Sydney.
