Job Description:
The Sales Territory Development Representative plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to healthcare professionals. Reporting to a regional sales manager, the day-to-day activities will incorporate developing effective relationships and liaising with surgeons and theatre staff; promoting the sale of products that address customer pain points.
To succeed in this role, you will need to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and optimise opportunities including generating leads and presenting product information. Providing in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launches are also key responsibilities.
Our ideal candidate is an exceptional team player with a long-term, relationship-based sales approach. They must have excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers.
Requirements:
* A proven sales track record in medical devices or a commercially minded background in related health care professions such as podiatry, physiotherapy, chiropractic or exercise physiology.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
