Desktop Technical Specialist
The ideal candidate will provide timely and accurate on-site/on-call support to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment.
* Coordinate tasks from simple activities to complex plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance with computer OS/peripherals troubleshooting.
* Support various technologies, including Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems.
* Manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations.
Requirements:
* At least two of the following IT certifications: PC Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification, CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).
* Experience in a similar role, preferably with 1 year of relevant experience.
