This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who prioritises the customer experience and is eager to learn the ropes of a specialised industry. While call centre experience is a bonus, your attitude, communication skills, and drive are what matter most to us.
The Role at a Glance
* Pay Rate: $37 - $43 per hour + super.
* Location: Perth
* Duration: 6-month initial contract with strong potential to extend.
* Hours: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing accurate advice and assistance via a dedicated industry helpdesk.
* Recording customer details, feedback, and complaints with high attention to detail.
* Distributing technical publications, forms, and brochures to stakeholders.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of helpdesk systems and manuals.
* Building professional relationships with internal teams and external industry partners.
What You Bring to the Team
* A genuine passion for helping people and resolving enquiries efficiently.
* Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to learn new information systems and accurately record data.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to learning specialized technical information.
