Numi creates Artisan Icecream and Sorbets made from natural and local ingredients.

We work as a team to deliver outstanding experiences and bring joy to our customers.
Opening hours are 10am to 10pm - Monday to Sunday.
Qualifications & experience
* Hospitality or cafe/barista experience
* Experience with Icecream and scooping experience advantageous
* Opening and closing of store
* Previous Customer service required
* Drivers license and car
* Multi tasking and attention to detail
* Food handlers certificate
* Honest and reliable
* Physically fit, position involves lifting and consistent movements
* Energetic and Quick learner
* Must be available school holidays
* Cash handling
* Financial reporting
* Use POS - lightspeed
Tasks & responsibilities
* Create a fun and lively vibe
* Consistent icecream scooping/serving into waffle cones and cups, prepare smoothies, shakes, juices, iced coffees and hot coffee too - Basic Barista skills a Must!
* Provide outstanding customer service and go above and beyond for customers
* Follow all legal and implemented process and procedure
* Communicate closely with Managers
* Opening and closing procedures and ensuring cleaning and maintenance of appliances adhered to with detail.
* Restock duties - attention to detail and always ensure store is stocked accordingly for busy service
* Cash handling and accuracy with reporting duties
* Cleaning duties and communicating to staff cleaning duties and monitoring
* Follow Food safety procedures/ Implement and monitor safety procedures
* Assist with various tasks required by management
