**Bookings Facilitator - Office-Based | Immediate Start**

**$30 - $35 per hour - Based on qualifications & experience**
**Full-Time or Permanent Part-Time - Flexible options available**
**Every 4th Saturday (8 AM - 12 Noon) | Office-based role**

**The Role**

We are looking for a **Bookings Facilitator** to handle **job scheduling, customer coordination, and administrative support**. You will be responsible for managing **job bookings, technician schedules, and client communications** to ensure smooth daily operations. This is a great opportunity for a **highly organized and detail-oriented professional** who enjoys working in a **fast-paced office environment**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Record and manage customer interactions** in the job database.
- **Schedule jobs in SIMPRO** and coordinate technician running sheets.
- **Liaise with technicians, service managers, and supervisors** to ensure efficient scheduling.
- **Oversee start and end-of-day operations**, ensuring technicians are properly scheduled.
- **Respond to customer inquiries via Podium and other communication platforms**.
- **Assist service managers with ordering supplies, materials, and job coordination**.
- **Follow up on quotes and process payments**.

**Who We're Looking For**

**Essential Skills & Experience**

**Administrative and sales experience** in a similar role.
**Strong customer service skills** with a professional telephone manner.
**Excellent communication & interpersonal skills**.
**Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and coordinate scheduling effectively**.

**Desirable Skills & Qualifications**

? Experience using **SIMPRO or Pronto software**.
? **Basic product knowledge** relevant to the industry.
? **Strong problem-solving skills** and ability to analyze business requirements.
