Clinical Nurse Educator | Sydney Central
Hourly Rate: $57.20 + Super Work Schedule: 4 days per week Location: Travel required throughout the Sydney Central area
About the Opportunity
On behalf of my client, I am seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator to support training and practice development across 9 Residential Aged Care services.
This role utilizes a consultative approach to determine and assist in the ongoing planning of learning needs for clinical staff. You will work in close partnership with the Regional Operations Team, including Clinical Nurse Consultants and the Learning and Development department, to ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
* Compliance: Support services within my client's capability framework to meet all legislative and regulatory requirements.
* Learning Solutions: Deliver creative, blended learning solutions to ensure all staff have access to professional development.
* Gap Analysis: Ensure service-learning needs analysis reflects current and proposed skill requirements.
* Mentorship: Support education provided by internal clinical experts and external providers through mentoring, coaching, and hands-on clinical practice improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 12 months within Aged Care.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
* Deep knowledge of best practices in clinical education and regulatory standards.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage and inspire adult learners.
