About The Role
NHP have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Sales team in Perth.
In this role you will be a vital part of our Sales team, responsible for managing wholesale customer accounts and ensuring their needs are met with precision and efficiency. Your ability to provide excellent service and technical support will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities Include
* Develop & maintain strong relationships in an assigned territory/region
* Maintain close contact with nominated customers to assist in growing breadth of NHP products within their branches, whilst also creating a strong NHP branding presence
* Facilitate and coordinate all activities associated with project related work
* Ensure CRM is updated regularly to reflect activities and current information on contact details and opportunity pipeline
* Partner with Business Development Representatives to assist and further develop sales target levels within the assigned territory/region
Technical training & support provided.
Ideally You Will Have / Be
* Previous experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably within the Electrical or Wholesale industry
* Technical knowledge of Electrical products and solutions (or a strong willingness to learn)
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, understand, and respond to customer needs
* A proactive, self-motivated approach to managing accounts and achieving sales targets
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and customers to drive success
