AO3 Communication Officer (Temporary Contract)

An opportunity is available for an
AO3 Communication Officer
to provide communication and stakeholder engagement support to the
Customer and Stakeholder Management (CSM) team
within the Northern District.
This temporary full-time role supports the delivery of communication commitments associated with the
2022–23 to 2025–26 Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program (QTRIP)
and contributes across planning, pre-construction and construction phases.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide stakeholder engagement support for low-risk QTRIP projects
* Develop and maintain project and internal webpages, including analytics and updates
* Prepare project flyers and manage distribution
* Draft communication responses for low-level stakeholder matters
* Manage correspondence tracking and reporting
* Source and maintain stakeholder and property information within spreadsheets and consultation management systems
* Assist with or attend stakeholder meetings alongside Program Engagement Officers
* Respond to enquiries received via the 1800 phone line
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders. This role provides valuable support to enable senior team members to focus on more complex and time-critical matters.
