The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven Recruitment Professional to take ownership of this unique and newly created role servicing one of our largest clients based in the Northern Territory. Overseeing end-to-end recruitment, mobilisation and contractor management this is a standout opportunity to build your career with a growing organisation while making a real impact on workforce delivery.
The core focus of this role is delivering a high quality, high touch recruitment and mobilisation process to a key Synergie Australia client, and as such there is no requirement for business development in this position.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be comfortable with regular travel to the Northern Territory, where you'll foster on-site relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage recruitment and mobilisation for a major client account within the mining industry, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
2. Develop and nurture long-term partnerships as the primary point of contact for all workforce needs
3. Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles—from sourcing and interviewing through to placement and aftercare
4. Identify opportunities to expand accounts and introduce new service solutions
5. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality candidates and tailored outcomes
What We're Looking For
6. Previous recruitment experience (mining or heavy industry sector experience highly desirable)
7. Strong account management capability with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
8. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills
9. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
11. Willingness to travel to client site
12. Based in Darwin
