**About the role**
Reporting into the GM of Planning this senior position is pivotal to the success of the category to ensure trading is constantly operating as best as possible.
**Duties**
Working within the Buyers to ensure the category is trading as best as possible. Manage any gap between the forecast and the budget (i.e. where the forecast falls short of the budget, presents and implement plans to close the gap in conjunction with Senior Planner).
**Skills & Expertise**
- Demonstrated experience as a Merch Planner
- Be able to work with a rapid paced environment covering 100-200 SKUs
- Ability to build relationships across multiple teams
- A commercial & curious mindset
- Strive for continuous improvement of processes
- A born collaborator; who enjoys working with multiple teams to achieve a shared goal
- Experience leveraging customer data & insights to build effective plans
- Effective numerical, critical thinking and analytical skills
- High degree of Excel knowledge and experience with utilising Power BI
