Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

About the role
This position sits within a high-performing finance team, supporting group-level reporting across multiple entities.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead month-end close and prepare consolidated financial reporting packs for global headquarters.
* Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.
* Manage the preparation of annual statutory reports across multiple entities.
* Coordinate external audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
* Oversee governance of balance sheet and subledger reconciliations across local and overseas entities.
* Review and post journal entries, approve payment runs and bank transfers.
* Present weekly cash flow and debtor reports to senior leadership and respond to global treasury queries.
* Champion internal controls and financial governance across the group.
* Drive continuous improvement and capability development.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
At least 10 years' experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and audit within large multinational organisations.
A strong understanding of multicurrency balance sheets and intercompany reconciliations.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
A high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.
Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
