We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven ESG leader to develop and grow a national ESG advisory practice.
This senior role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, lead client engagements, build internal ESG capability, and position the business as a trusted authority in ESG for the property and built environment sectors.
As National ESG Director, you will drive the growth of a profitable, innovative ESG Advisory Services business, delivering high-impact solutions to property-intensive industries. You will:
* Lead strategy and business development to achieve revenue growth and market leadership.
* Advise clients on ESG reporting, materiality assessments, roadmaps, and carbon strategies.
* Guide internal ESG policy, metrics, and performance tracking.
* Ensure quality, compliance, and consistency across all ESG deliverables.
* Represent the business at ESG conferences, panels, and industry forums.

We are seeking a results-driven ESG leader with:
* Demonstrated expertise in ESG strategy, reporting, and advisory.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to win work and deliver revenue growth.
* Technical knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting (Scopes 1, 2, 3).
* A background in Finance, Economics, Property, Sustainability, or Environmental Science.
* Familiarity with ESG data platforms, lifecycle assessments, and sustainability certifications.
* Experience in property, infrastructure, or built environment (highly regarded).
