The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial fencing projects from concept through to completion. This is a pivotal role within our business, not just coordinating tasks, but owning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial fencing projects using structured project management methodologies
· Maintain accurate project documentation aligned with contracts and internal standards
· Monitor actual vs quoted expenses and forecast cost to complete on medium to large scale projects
· Capture, price, and formally document all scope variations
· Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
· Coordinate and schedule internal teams and subcontractors across multiple concurrent projects
· Facilitate weekly planning and performance meetings
· Issue work orders and manage subcontractor engagement processes
· Ensure subcontractor compliance documentation is current and complete
· Collaborate with the production department to align equipment, materials, and logistics
· Oversee HSEQ standards across all job sites
· Manage client expectations relating to timelines, quality, and variations
· Foster positive, solutions-focused relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
· Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and internal procedures
· Provide clear and consistent reporting to management and clients
About You
You are a proactive, organised, and commercially aware professional who takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. You bring both technical capability and strong interpersonal skills to every project.
You will ideally have:
· Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager within commercial or industrial construction
· Formal qualifications in Project Management, Construction, or Engineering (highly regarded)
· Proven success delivering complex or multi-stage projects
· Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
· Exposure to fencing or infrastructure projects (advantageous but not essential)
· Solid understanding of contracts, scheduling, cost control, and project governance
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, subcontractors
· Strong communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach
· Ability to lead teams and take accountability for outcomes
