Process Implementation and Change is a vital function that supports global and local strategic goals through project delivery. The team collaborates with key stakeholders to improve efficiencies and sustainability within IWPB, working closely with divisions and the Transformation and Technology team.
In this role, you will enhance testing capabilities in IWPB Australia's Process Implementation and Change Team, leading strategic projects to elevate digital propositions across all channels and foster quality relationships within the team and with internal stakeholders.
Your primary responsibilities include:
* Defining and implementing effective test strategies, validating applications, and estimating resources and timeframes for completion
* BUILDING connections with Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand business drivers and requirements
* Managing QA & Testing planning activities and coordinating changes in various value streams to meet business criteria
* Leading and developing an effective team by promoting testing best practices and aligning to HSBC values
* Developing strong working relationships within the Tester Community and across IWPB communities
