We are seeking a friendly and professional Casual Receptionist to join our team at WPRS in Warrnambool, Victoria.
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
What you'll be doing
Greeting patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Assisting with other office duties as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a receptionist or medical environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using office equipment and software
