About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate recruitment and selection activities to ensure smooth experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
* Manage contractor onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance and seamless transitions.
* Maintain accurate HR documentation and system records to support workforce management and compliance.
* Provide expert administration of the HRIS (e.g., Sage People), ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting queries.
* Support Learning & Development by coordinating training logistics and maintaining comprehensive records.
* Assist in planning, promoting, and delivering health, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Process purchase orders for People & Culture activities, including invoice tracking and financial accuracy.
* Contribute to embedding customer service principles in all HR interactions and actions.
* Ensure adherence to WHS guidelines while fostering a safe, healthy, discrimination-free workplace.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Certificate IV qualification in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in an HR Administration role with strong attention to detail.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams) for effective communication and reporting.
* Experience using integrated HRIS platforms such as Sage People for administrative tasks.
* Proven ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in handling sensitive information discreetly.
* Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
* Resilience under pressure with adaptability to changing circumstances or tasks as required.
