Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a multidisciplinary advisory and professional services firm based in Melbourne. They are seeking a Broker Assistant to help support the team.
What do you do?
* Preparing and inputting Home Loans into the Mortgage Broking CRM.
* Analysing financial statements, tax returns, P&Ls, and Balance Sheets to support lending decisions.
* Assisting with Commercial & Business Loans, Asset Finance, SMSF Lending, and other products.
* Coordinating documentation, client communications, and general admin support to keep the team running smoothly.
What do you need?
* 2+ years' experience as a Lending Associate.
* A tertiary degree in Business, Economics, or Commerce.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
* A good understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial analysis.
* A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from industry leaders.
