Job Responsibilities
* Provide onsite and remote support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
* Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades on desktops, servers, and network infrastructure.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
* Manage and support the implementation of new technologies within client infrastructures.
* Document system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
* Coordinate with teams to ensure comprehensive IT service delivery.
* Stay updated with industry trends to provide innovative support.
* Ensure compliance of IT equipment and software with standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proficiency with mobile device management.
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
* Understanding of Windows OS and troubleshooting skills.
* Experience with Office 365 deployment and management.
* Network configuration and connectivity troubleshooting.
* Advanced troubleshooting skills for desktop and network issues.
* Experience with SCCM for device and application management.
* Expertise in Imaging: creating and deploying system images.
