This role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who require personal care and domestic assistance. You will be responsible for providing support with daily tasks such as showering, dressing, and medication management, ensuring their independence and quality of life.
A typical day may involve assisting clients with light cleaning and domestic duties, building strong relationships, and becoming part of their story.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess a genuine interest in supporting others, a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, and a valid driver's license with comprehensive insurance.
You should also be comfortable using smartphones and tablets, and hold a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) worker screening check or National police check.
