Full Job Description
Take full ownership of credit operations across Southern Queensland. This is a chance to lead, influence, and shape AR practices in a leading organisation. You'll manage the South Queensland ledger, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive improvements in cashflow and debtor performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and lead a credit team: mentor, empower, and set up high-performing operations.
* Drive end-to-end credit management: oversee applications, invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution.
* Improve AR processes and cashflow: partner with sales, management, and clients.
* Create and implement standard procedures to streamline operations.
* Coach sales staff on credit practices and risk minimisation.
* Handle complex negotiations and disputes with confidence and professionalism.
* Deliver actionable insights on debtor performance through financial analysis and reporting.
