Thus position offer real flexibility and is a hybrid work in office + home role (home 2 days, office 3 days). Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will become a vital cog in a high performing and very hands on Payroll team in a fast-paced environment. Your main focus will entail assisting the current team with Payroll processing for alternate weekly payruns for approx. 2000 people, and address payroll queries within required deadlines. You will support the Payroll Manager and provide a high level of service to key stakeholders and ensure staff are paid on time. The key duties of the role will involve the following;

- Payroll reporting
- Payroll processing
- Payroll reconciliations
- Payroll accruals/journals
- Update systems/procedures
- Updating and maintaining personal records
- Processing new starters
- Terminations/annual leave calculations
- Overtime calculations
- EBA Award and interpretation
