Senior Business Analyst (AO6) ICT Project Delivery at the Queensland Government. Join the IT Solutions & Services arm of QFD to contribute to the Volunteer Recruitment and Onboarding Reform (VROR) projects and help prepare and manage for the consequences of fires and other emergencies on Queensland communities.
Responsibilities
- Cross agency stakeholder engagement & facilitation
- Process analysis & redesign
- Testing support
- Capture critical knowledge of business requirements and documentation

What you’ll bring
- Strong experience in a security-sensitive ICT environment; public sector experience is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a high-change setting, communicate clearly and proactively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across agency to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and innovative problem solving, and organizational skills to manage and prioritise large workloads whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Experience in Agile ways of working and appropriate requirement management tools
- Familiarity with SAP, ServiceNow or other enterprise systems
