About the Role
Securecorp is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations at one of our retail sites in Mount Gravatt. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee a team of security officers, ensure smooth site operations, and maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance. You will act as a key point of contact for clients and contractors, supporting strong working relationships and ensuring security operations meet contractual and regulatory requirements. This role is paid at an attractive flat hourly rate above the industry award, based on a permanent roster.

Key Responsibilities
* Acting as the primary liaison between clients, tenants and customers
* Ensure compliance through Quality System Management
* Leading, supervising and mentoring a team of Security Officers
* Manage and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Monitor service delivery standards, including auditing and reporting
* Driving continuous improvement through quality systems and operational reviews
* Coordinating staff rosters, training and screening processes
* Managing and operating control room functions
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role, managing a small to medium sized team
* Proven experience in rostering, training and staff screening
* Highly developed leadership skills and the ability to build team cohesion
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management and multitasking ability
* Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
Mandatory Requirements
* Current QLD Security Licence (including Crowd Control and CCTV component)
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Prior experience leading a security team in a similar retail environment
