As both a service provider and employer, our mission is simple: Move people to achieve great things. The opportunity: Member Support Consultants (MSCs) at our Carseldine club play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. MSCs are the first point of contact for prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey with us. They are responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves. The role of an MSC is highly varied with two primary goals: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. MSCs are experts in all things Goodlife: They seamlessly switch between sales and lead generation, provide exceptional service, and proactively communicate with current members to enhance their club experience and drive retention. Responsibilities Proactively contribute to the club's sales targets through promotions and referral campaigns. Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities. Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales. Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members. Create positive and personalized member experiences. Ensure successful outcomes to enquiries. Open and close the club as per the roster. Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey. Conduct regular service calls to members to keep them engaged and recommend club products to enhance their results. About you: Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
