As an SAP Senior Consultant,in either functional or technical disciplines,you’llbe the trusted advisor driving the design, delivery, and optimisation of SAP solutions across our OSCAR environment.The environment is a collection of ECC SAP Industry Solutions(FS-PM, FS-PRO, FS-CD)and alsoSAP CRM and UI5.

You’llcollaborate closely with key business stakeholders, technical experts, and vendor partners to deliver highquality, integrated SAP outcomes,while championing continuous improvement, stability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of SAP solutions for projects,enhancementsand production support.
Translate complex business requirements intohigh-qualitySAP functional designs and documentation.
Oversee vendor and project design artefacts to ensure quality and alignment to Medibank standards.
Facilitate requirements and design workshops across the business.
Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to internal SAP team members.
Identifyand implement continuous improvements to system performance, stability, and processes.
Must haves:
Extensiveexperience as an SAP Functional or Technical Consultant(ABAP,ODataand Webservices).
Any experience in eitherSAP CRM or FSPM moduleswill be viewed strongly.Alternatively,experience inotherSAP Industry solutionswill help.
Demonstrated experience across full lifecycle complex SAP projects and production support.
Solid understanding of SAPlandscapes, configuration, and testing.
Proven ability to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication skills with strong documentation andrequirement gatheringcapability.
Experience with at least two endtoendSAP implementations across multiple industries.
Strong analytical skills, gap analysis capability, and deep understanding of business processes.
