Position
Estimator Project Manager – 12‐month fixed‐term contract based in Henderson, WA.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all project scopes, including planning, coordination, and quoting for major shutdowns and plant stops.
* Prepare tenders, customer quotations, and attend post‐tender meetings.
* Monitor project costs and manage variations as required.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Coordinate with workshops or external suppliers for prefabrication and machine work.
* Implement and support workplace health and safety policies, including toolbox talks, incident investigations, and safety audits.
* Source new business opportunities to diversify the client base.
Qualifications & Experience
* Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Trade Certificate (or equivalent) relevant to the role.
* Relevant High‐Risk Licenses.
* Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* AutoCAD skills are desirable but not essential.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
