As a Senior Procurement Specialist at PwC Australia, you will deliver analytical and sourcing support across PwC Australia's indirect procurement portfolio, with a focus on strategic sourcing execution, commercial insights, and financial modelling.
Why PwC?

Here, your growth is our priority. You'll work with leading teams, explore new technologies, and unlock your full potential.
Join a global community of more than 370,000 people who value bold ideas, collaboration, and lasting change. Together, we're building trust and shaping the future.
What you'll do:
* Deliver end‑to‑end sourcing for smaller, well‑defined initiatives, including RFx preparation, supplier shortlisting, evaluation coordination, negotiation support, contracting inputs, and handover to implementation teams.
* Manage discrete workstreams within broader sourcing programs, working under the guidance of a Procurement Manager or Category Manager to ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
* Conduct commercial and financial analysis, including spend and supplier insights, value and leakage identification, and development of financial models (e.g., TCO, scenario analysis, indexation impacts, rate cards, and rebate modelling) to inform sourcing decisions.
* Support supplier evaluation and performance management by developing evaluation packs and scoring models, maintaining KPI dashboards, preparing materials for QBRs, tracking actions, and assisting with issue resolution.
* Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, challenge scope where appropriate, encourage the use of preferred suppliers and compliant channels, and support governance activities by identifying non‑compliant spend and recommending practical controls.
* Maintain market and category insights across relevant indirect categories — including professional services and travel where applicable — and contribute analysis and documentation to category plans (e.g., sourcing strategies, business cases, and negotiation briefs).
What we're looking for:
* 3–6+ years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or commercial analysis, ideally with exposure to indirect categories (professional services and/or travel a plus).
* Proven ability to deliver smaller sourcing projects end‑to‑end and support larger programs through structured workstream delivery.
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, including advanced Excel, spend analysis, and benefits quantification.
* Solid understanding of RFx processes, supplier evaluation, negotiation support, and core contracting concepts (rate cards, SoWs, SLAs/KPIs).
* Effective stakeholder engagement and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain clear, auditable sourcing records.
* Experience with Power BI, e‑procurement tools (Scanmarket, Zycus, Ariba, Coupa), or CLM systems is desirable, along with relevant qualifications (degree and/or procurement certifications).
What you'll gain:
* The opportunity to work with leading organisations and cutting-edge technology that challenge and expand your expertise.
* Flexibility means trusting you to choose when, where, and how you work—balancing what's best for you, your team, and your clients to grow and thrive together.
* Clear paths for career progression supported by continuous learning and leadership development.
* Generous leave entitlements to support your work-life balance - including floating public holidays, birthday leave and ability to purchase additional leave on top of your four weeks.
* A world-class parental leave policy offering up to 26 weeks of leave for caregivers, supporting your family and personal life.
