For our Corporate Officer located at Sydney International Airport we are looking for a Head Of Human Resources.As a Head of Human Resources, you will work to strengthen Heinemann Australia's position in the market and establish Heinemann Australia as a Great Place to Work by proactively partnering with our Leaders in the business and developing our employees and their competence. You will develop, lead and execute Human Resources initiatives and in turn communicate our unique point of difference in the market; attracting, engaging, developing and retaining our talent. Your new job includes
- Develop and implement end to end best practice people solutions to support in driving our Employee Value Proposition locally, regionally and globally.
- Plan and execute organisational design and organisational structures in line with the business and people strategies to support business expansion and growth.
- Proactively manage people projects from end to end in order to create efficiencies and new ways of working in our business.
- Deliver annual performance reviews, remuneration planning, talent mapping and succession plans for all key roles.
- Work in collaboration with Leaders to drive a high performance culture in our business via building competence and capabilities as well as rewarding and recognising talent and fostering a Great Place to Work.
- Manage, train and develop the Human Resources Team to support in driving a high performance culture, whereby effective business partnering is key to people and business success.
- Accountable for organisational development, policies and guidelines, performance management, learning and development, payroll, workforce planning and recruitment processes and initiatives.
- Accountable for the provision of commercial Human Resources advice to business leaders including performance management, Industrial Relations/Employee Relations matters, organisational structure and Industrial Relations case management.
What you should bring along
- Relevant Human Resources tertiary qualifications and solid Human Resources Generalist knowledge.
- Is passionate, enthusiastic and has the ability to energise and influence key stakeholders to support in driving people and business initiatives and overall results.
- Previous experience in a similar role or environment, preferably within the Hospitality, Retail or FMCG industry.
- Proven stakeholder management capability and relationship building skills.
- Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation trends and practices.
- Proactive and solution oriented and has the ability to build trust; connect with people and effectively coach, lead and support various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative, resourceful, highly organised and proven success working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Substantial and extensive experience in developing, reviewing and implementing Human Resources strategies, frameworks, policies and procedures to meet strategic and operational objectives.
- A strong orientation to the provision of a high level of customer service and demonstrated ability to partner with clients in order to deliver people management strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with an ability to deliver strategic and operational advice to support leaders on a wide range of Human Resources matters.
- Strong negotiation, influencing and analytical skills with a proven ability to build relationships and solve problems creatively; utilising sound judgment.
