Join the Administrative Officer Level 3 team in the Gynaecology Outpatients Department at The Royal Hospital for Women. The hospital is a leading tertiary referral and teaching facility located in Randwick, Sydney, and part of the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.
Responsibilities
* Provide clerical and receptionist services to the Gynaecology Outpatient Department.
* Work 38 hours per week in a fast‐paced, customer‐focused environment.
* Support clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth department operations.

Selection Criteria
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer‐service role.
* Commitment to high‐quality, customer‐focused services.
* Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast‐paced environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with various stakeholders.
* Capability to follow directions independently or as part of a team.
* Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, iPM, eMR, PBRC, and willingness to learn clinical information systems.
* Initiative, problem‐solving, and prioritisation skills in a customer‐service context.
