**About Our Client**:
PageGroup is proud to be partnering with our Client in the Beauty & Innovation industry to source their next administrative superstar.
- Provide general reception support (inbound/outbound calls as necessary)
- Inventory and order processing
- Some general bookkeeping duties (Eg. Invoice processing for orders received)
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Great communication skills
- Organised/has attention to detail
- Upbeat and friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Prior reception/switchboard experience
- Familiarity with using systems or has the ability to easily pick up new systems
- Exposure/use of XERO would be highly advantageous though not required

- Role is to commence immediately to allow a handover period with the current administrator
- Full-time opportunity
- Monday-Friday (9-5)

- $60-65k + super dependent on experience
