As a Bid Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our bid strategies, preparing high-quality submissions, and driving business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in the bid and tender process, particularly in the government and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the development of tender and proposal documents.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
* Ensure bids are compliant, compelling, and submitted on time.
* Contribute to strategic decisions related to bidding and proposal processes.
* Continuously improve bid processes and templates to enhance submission quality and efficiency.
* SOURCE AND COMPILATION OF NON-TECHNICAL CONTENT INCLUDING COMPANY INFORMATION, CVs AND ANY OTHER CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS.
About You:
* Proven experience in bid management and proposal writing, particularly within government and corporate sectors.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience with end-to-end bid management, including planning, writing, and submission.
* A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong desire to contribute to business success.
* Experience in MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
* Qualifications in writing, marketing, business or relevant disciplines.
