The Opportunity
Due to customer growth, we are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Komatsu Forklifts division in our Rockhampton branch. This permanent full-time role will be servicing our clients in and around Rockhampton.
Your primary function is to provide skilful and efficient maintenance and repair of Komatsu Forklifts customer equipment. You'll see variety in your job day-to-day and get to meet and establish relationships with a wide variety of client sites. You'll also contribute to our professional team environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency through your efforts.

We also provide a tool of trade vehicle, phone and laptop/tablet and uniforms/PPE for all our employees.

Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4pm

Pay Rate:
$37.18 to $46 per hour + Super + Overtime + Vehicle + Phone + Tablet + Uniforms

The Knowledge, Skills And Abilities We're Looking For
* Relevant trade qualifications (Light or Heavy Automotive Mechanic)
* Experience with servicing and diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components is required. Experience as a Forklift Technician or exposure to Forklifts is highly regarded!
* A minimum of C class Licence
* Forklift licence is desirable
* Ability to follow required job scope & critical path
* Safety focused mindset is paramount
* Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work unsupervised
* A proven high level of customer service
