The Role
We are seeking an experienced Food, Beverage & Guest Experience Coordinator to drive the team to achieve targets and provide top-level customer service. In this hands-on role, you will participate in the operation of the bar and food service to meet budgeted sales targets and KPIs. This is a full-time fixed-term role (seasonal).
Reporting to our Venue Manager, the Coordinator should have excellent customer service skills with proven hospitality experience. An RSA and Badge are essential.
The primary responsibility is to lead the team in delivering first-class service, ensuring the bar and functions operate effectively within government regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading, coaching, and inspiring the team
2. Providing excellent customer service
3. Providing information on our products
4. Maintaining the appearance of the bar
5. Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards
6. Following health and safety guidelines
7. Handling cash and POS transactions
8. Promoting the centre's services and programs
9. Developing good relations with patrons
10. Working mornings, evenings, and weekends; hours may increase during peak periods
