Senior Freelance Designer (FMCG + Property)
We are expanding our freelance creative bench and are looking to build a relationship with a highly skilled senior designer to support across FMCG and property projects.
This is a flexible, ongoing freelance partnership with immediate requirements, including full-time support throughout June while a senior team member is on leave.
The Work
* FMCG packaging, POS and retail activation
* Promotional toolkits and product launches
* Property brochures and campaign assets
* Presentation decks and digital assets
* High-end compositing and product visualisation
This role is execution-heavy and detail-critical. Speed and technical precision are essential.
What We're Looking For
You are senior-level and confident working independently in fast-paced agency or production environments.
You have:
* Advanced proficiency across InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with strong colour management and print production accuracy
* Confidence producing simple timeline-based animations in After Effects
* High-level compositing skills — including realistic product groupings with consistent lighting, shadows and perspective
* Strong retouching capability
* Clean, structured file setup and pre-press-ready artwork
* The ability to work quickly without compromising detail
Experience
* Property marketing experience (brochures, lifestyle campaigns)
* Strong understanding of print production and pre-press
* Comfortable collaborating with senior account leads
We're ideally looking for a senior freelancer or studio owner interested in long-term collaboration rather than one-off jobs.
