ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our Garden Maintenance Crew, helping elderly clients maintain their gardens so they can continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Your Role Will Include:
* Lawn mowing, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding and general garden upkeep
* Ensuring outdoor areas are safe and accessible
* Building friendly, respectful relationships with elderly clients
* Working independently or as part of a small team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Experience in garden or landscape maintenance
* A caring attitude and strong sense of responsibility
* Good communication skills and patience
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
* Driver's license and reliable transport
* Police check
* First aid and CPR or willing to obtain
