Teacher - Secondary – Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Languages (Wakka Wakka) – Burnett State College
Burnett State College, located in Gayndah in the North Burnett region, is a forward-thinking Years 7–12 school that champions innovation, vocational pathways and community partnerships. With small class sizes, a thriving VET program and a supportive rural environment, it's an exciting opportunity for teachers looking to make a meaningful impact in secondary education.
We're recruiting a passionate and culturally-responsive teacher to deliver Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Languages at Burnett State College. This temporary full-time position offers the opportunity to teach Years 7–12 within a supportive rural secondary school committed to community partnerships, cultural learning and meaningful student engagement. It's an excellent role for a teacher who values cultural knowledge, connection and empowering young people through language.

Relevant teaching qualification
Full or provisional QCT registration
Australian working rights or valid visa
