We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. This role will be responsible for delivering a high-quality Kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead and deliver an engaging and developmentally appropriate Kindergarten program
 * Build and maintain respectful, collaborative relationships with children, families, and team members
 * Create a calm, inspiring, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and a love of learning
 * Maintain accurate and meaningful documentation of children's learning and progress
 * Support the implementation of the service's philosophy, goals, and quality improvement plans
 * Mentor and guide colleagues, contributing to a positive and professional team culture
 * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, frameworks, and policies
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
 * A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
 * Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications
 * A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
 * Up-to-date Child Protection training
 * A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 * A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement
