About the role
Day-to-day, you will:
Liaise and collaborate with the Senior Human Resources Manager, developing and implementing HR plans aligned with policy, managing industrial and employee relations issues, and auditing and maintaining HR processes and procedures.
Deliver operational leadership, expertise and advice to your division management and leaders on all aspects of HR and change management.
Act as a trusted leader for all HR team members within the division.
Deliver local operational HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, licensing and qualification compliance, management coaching, IR issues, EBA interpretation, performance management and employee engagement support.

You will also ideally possess:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
Advanced knowledge of relevant legislation applicable to the Human Resources field.
Experience in leadership in a generalist Human Resources role.
