We require an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead a long standing team that can elevate our culinary offering further. The Role: As Head Chef you be responsible for managing the day-day to operations of the kitchen. You will lead a strong dedicated team, design seasonal menus with the support of our head office culinary team, maintain high standards and create systems that maintain this at the volume in which the hotel runs at. This is a hands on role that requires initiative, creativity, motivation and strong leadership with a commitment to being the best.
