This is not a typical engineering role. You will be trained across all areas of the business and gain exposure to a wide range of engineering and manufacturing disciplines. Your role will involve working closely with experienced engineers, machinists and tradespeople while learning: * CNC machining and CNC programming * CAD/CAM systems and engineering design * Laser cutting technology * Fabrication and manufacturing processes * Machine setup and operation * Engineering drawings and product development * Machine servicing and maintenance * Production planning and workshop operations * Continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency This is a rare opportunity for a graduate engineer to develop practical workshop and manufacturing skills while building a strong foundation in engineering, design and production.
