**About the role
Provide, develop and maintain efficient administrative support services to the staff of RBWH Health Information Services, in particular the Director and senior management. Provide support in all matters relating to human resources, establishment, budget reconciliation and departmental supplies and equipment. Maintain a suite of clinically related reports to assist the internal coding, quality and health information management workforce.
About you
Provide support in all matters relating to human resources, establishment, budget reconciliation and departmental supplies and equipment;
Provide secretariat support to the RBWH Health Information Services (HIS) managed committees including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, preparation and distribution of briefing papers and agendas, minute taking and record management;
Maintain the RBWH HIS intranet/website to optimise communication and education, and provide state-wide access to clinical coding and health information related resources and information;
