* Customer Service Team Members – Casual
Both roles require a current Pool Lifeguard qualification, along with a commitment to safety and delivering exceptional service.

✅ What You’ll Need (or be willing to obtain at your own cost)
* Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Pool Lifeguard Award
* Current First Aid & CPR qualification
* For Duty Managers: leadership or supervisory experience highly regarded
* For Customer Service: customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude matter most
Both roles must be available across Mornings, Evenings, and Weekends.
